Ordering:
Our candles are hand poured PER ORDER. Because we custom make your order, we need a few days for your candles to cure before we ship. We have some extra inventory which may be ready to ship. Our processing time is currently: 1-3 business days. Processing time h always in addition to shipping time. If you need to have your order processed sooner please contact us and we will let you know if we are able to process your order ahead of others, for a small fee depending on order size.
Payment and Shipping
We ship within 1-3 business days of payment. We ship all candles via USPS Retail Ground, USPS First Class and/or USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers will be provided on all Priority Mail orders. Please note that shipping includes postage and handling. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are in Washington County or Frederick County , MD please contact me when ordering for local pickup.
Returns & Refunds

Contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have an issue with your order. We will gladly address any problems relating to manufacture of candle or breakages in transit, providing you are able to provide photographic evidence of shipping damages within 3 days of delivery. If you dont care for the scent, you may send it back and we will send you a new scent of your chosing minus shipping costs.

Will we only be able to issue refunds where agreed in advance of receiving returns. Please contact us prior to returning items.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using USPS Priority Mail as this will ensure you receive tracking and insurance should there be an issue. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning.
